1. Scope and rollout status
Lyvera is being introduced in controlled stages. The information processed depends on which website, app, service area and feature you use. Some described features may not yet be available publicly.
2. Information we may handle
- Account information: name, email address, mobile number, authentication identifiers and account settings.
- Service information: service category, address or service area, preferred schedule, notes, booking status and service communications.
- Location information: the customer's confirmed service pin and, for a Professional who affirmatively starts a customer journey, precise live location and journey status. Live journey tracking may continue when Lyvera Professional is closed or not in use, and stops when the Professional marks Arrived.
- Identity and work evidence: a Professional's profile photograph, Aadhaar front and back images, eligibility information, and customer or Professional booking photos that a service requires.
- Support information: enquiries, complaints, attachments you choose to provide and our response history.
- Payment-related information: transaction references, payment method category, amount and status when payment features are enabled. Payment providers may process payment credentials directly.
- Professional onboarding information: trade, experience, service area and, only through an authenticated onboarding channel, information required for eligibility or settlement checks.
- Technical and notification information: device and browser information, push-notification tokens, diagnostic events, security records and usage information needed to operate and protect the service.
The public website does not accept KYC uploads. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, bank PINs, full card or UPI credentials, Aadhaar or PAN documents through ordinary email.
3. How information is used
Information may be used to create and protect accounts; receive and coordinate service requests; provide status and support communications; evaluate professional onboarding; process and reconcile payments when enabled; prevent misuse; maintain records; meet applicable obligations; and improve product reliability and customer experience.
5. Retention and security
Records are retained for as long as reasonably needed for account operation, service coordination, support, safety, dispute handling, fraud prevention and applicable legal or financial obligations. Retention periods may differ by record type.
Live journey sharing ends when the Professional marks Arrived. The active live-location record is removed when sharing stops, while limited arrival and work-start verification facts such as time, accuracy and distance may remain with the protected booking audit record.
Lyvera uses administrative and technical controls designed to reduce unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Please protect your sign-in details and report suspicious activity promptly.
6. Access, correction and deletion
You may request access to or correction of eligible account information by contacting support. To permanently delete a Lyvera Customer or Lyvera Professional account and eligible associated data, use the public account-deletion request page. It works without signing in or reinstalling the app.
Some records may need to be retained for active bookings, security, disputes, payments, tax, fraud prevention, safety or legal obligations. Lyvera verifies account ownership before acting and explains any limited data that must be retained.
7. Children and independent account use
Lyvera is not designed for children to create and manage service accounts independently. A parent or responsible adult should manage any household service request involving a child.
8. Policy changes and contact
This policy may be updated as the service, operational model or legal requirements evolve. The effective date will be revised when material changes are published.
For a privacy question or request, email Email Lyvera. For service concerns, use the Complaint Centre.
