Answers for common situations.
Is a submitted service request automatically confirmed?
No. Confirmation depends on service coverage, eligibility, professional availability and the status communicated through an official Lyvera channel.
Where should I check a booking update?
Use the My Bookings and Notifications areas in the customer app when available. Keep your booking code for support enquiries.
How do I report a service problem?
Use the Complaint Centre guidance and email the relevant booking code, service date, service area, a factual description and the resolution requested.
Can I send payment or identity information by email?
Do not email passwords, one-time codes, bank PINs, full card or UPI credentials, Aadhaar or PAN documents. Use only an authenticated Lyvera channel when sensitive information is specifically requested.
Is Lyvera Care available from this website?
The public website may describe Lyvera Care as a planned feature. A membership exists only when it is offered and confirmed through an authorised purchase flow with the applicable benefits, duration and charges shown.
How can a service professional apply?
Start with a professional expression of interest. If onboarding is open for the relevant category and area, Lyvera will provide the official authenticated next step.
Immediate safety risk?
Lyvera is not a police, fire, ambulance, disaster-response or public emergency service. If there is an immediate threat to life, safety or property, contact the appropriate local emergency authority first.
