Yes. Lyvera takes enquiries for complete building construction, property operations and maintenance. Construction and ongoing property work are assessed and scoped separately from individual service bookings.
Where are services available?
Lyvera is based in Kerala. Current area labels and rollout status are shown on this website, while the Customer app checks the exact service address before a booking is confirmed.
How will a booking be confirmed?
Review the service, address, schedule and total in the Customer app. Online payment must be verified before the booking is confirmed. Assignment and job progress appear in My Bookings.
How are professionals considered for assignment?
Only active professionals who complete Lyvera’s eligibility process can be considered, subject to service area and availability.
Can I discuss an entire building or apartment community?
Yes. Contact Lyvera with your location, property type and requirements. Scope, coverage and commercial terms are agreed after review; an enquiry is not a confirmed service contract.
